ORDERING
Robin Clayton Designs will accept orders placed by:
- By Mail - Click here to print out the Mail-in order form or use as a Fax order form.
- By Telephone - Call our toll-free order line at 1-800-644-0504 code#00 (zero, zero) to place a phone order, or if you are in Colorado dial 303-816-1075.
- By Fax - To fax an order you can print out the mail-in order form above. FAX # is 1-303-816-1076.
- By Ordering Online -
- When you see an item you are interested in, click on the image and you will be taken to a larger image and a detailed description.
- When you are ready to purchase, select available options (size, color, quantity etc.)from the pull-down menus. You will then click any "Add To Cart" button. The item will be added to your shopping cart. You may then continue to browse by selecting the "Continue to Shop" button.
- When you are satisfied with your order, you may then click "Checkout" in the upper menu. You will be prompted for your name, address and credit card information. There is a box at the end of the credit card section titled "Comments" if you have any questions about or special instructions for your order.
- When you have completed your payment information and looked over the final shopping cart contents, click the "Submit" button once to place your order on our secure site.
- Cancellation of an order after it has been processed or refusal to accept delivery of an order will result in a $30 restocking fee.

SHIPPING
- Method of Shipment - Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail - which normally takes 3 - 4 Business Days for shipments in the continental U.S. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, International or Express Mail, email us. Larger Volume shipments may be shipped via UPS.
- International Shipping - Please send us an email to obtain charges for international shipments. Orders will be shipped by either USPS Global Express Mail International or Priority Mail International unless you request a different method of shipment. We will email you with an approximate shipping amount and ask you to confirm approval for charges. Please be advised that shipping charges do not include any Customs Duty or Taxes that may apply which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Because Customs Duty fees vary depending on the country, please contact your local post office for further information. Delivery on international orders is normally 6-10 business days. This is an estimate and may take longer depending on any customs delays.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
- We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all Regularly Priced Mary Frances Handbags over $125.
- Mary Frances Bags that are on our Sale Page and all other merchandise will have shipping charges added.
- Shipping and Handling charges are based on the total amount of merchandise shipped to a single mailing address.
- If merchandise is to be shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling charges will be calculated based on the merchandise total shipped to each address. This total for multiple packages will be added when the order is filled and we will call or email you with the shipping/order total.

SALES TAX
Colorado residents - Add 3.9% sales tax to orders.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of payment:
- CREDIT CARDS
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
- PERSONAL CHECKS - If you send an order by mail, a check or money order payable in U.S. funds to Robin Clayton Designs will be accepted. Please do Not Send Cash.
Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20.00. Items ordered with a personal check will be shipped after the check has cleared.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We will make exchanges only on merchandise shipped to you. We do not give refunds or credit a credit card on returned merchandise. We will exchange the item returned to us for any other item on our website once we have received merchandise back from you.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Sale Merchandise. No Exchanges or Returns will be accepted on any items purchased at a Sale Price.
- All merchandise returned for an exchange must have prior authorization and an Exchange Authorization Number. Contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt of merchandise to receive your Exchange Authorization Number. Please call 303-816-1075 in Colorado or 1-800-644-0504 Code 00 for your Exchange Authorization Number.
- Once you have received your Exchange Authorization Number, click here to print-out an EXCHANGE FORM. Please fill out the Exchange Form in detail and include it with your exchange along with a copy of your original sales receipt.
- Write the Exchange Authorization Number on the outside of the box as well as on all correspondence.
All Exchanges must be approved and authorization number showing on box or they will be refused at our offices.
- All merchandise returned for exchange must be returned in perfect,
unused condition. Items with stains such as make-up, lipstick, grease marks,
ink or any condition other than the condition in which it was sent, will not
be accepted for exchange. Items will also not be accepted for exchange if
they arrive for exchange with any odor such as cigarette smoke or if the
item arrives with animal hair on it. These items are not considered to be
returned in "perfect" condition and will be returned to the customer.
Shipping charges to return the item, will be charged to the customer.
- Merchandise must be received back within 10 days of original shipment date for exchange.
- No exchanges will be made if not received within 15 days from the original shipment date.
- If you are purchasing a gift and an exchange needs to be made, please state that this is a gift item and the date it is to be delivered. Please ask for an Exchange Extension at the time the item is ordered. Have recipient contact us for an Exchange Authorization Number as noted above. We will make exchanges for 10 days from the date the gift was received. Please have recipient notify us of this when they call for an Exchange Authorization Number.
Shipping and handling charges will apply when the exchanged item is shipped to customer.
- An exchange fee of $10.00 will be charged to cover shipping and handling when your new selection is sent to you.
- If the item you are selecting for exchange is of higher value than the one you are returning for exchange, we will charge your credit card for the difference plus the exchange fee. If your new selection is of lesser value, we will hold your credit toward your next order.
- If you should receive merchandise that is damaged, please notify us as soon as you receive it and we will gladly replace or repair it for you. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any item that is received damaged.
- Please wrap any item being returned to us for repair or replacement in the original packing material (bubble wrap and shipping paper) and return to us either Priority Mail or UPS so that it is received at our offices within 10 days from the time you received the item.
- All original tags must be intact and all accessory items (sleeper bags, etc) must be included when returned.

Mary Frances Handbag Repairs
- Many of the bags contain a bead packet to make repairs easy for you should you have a missing bead or sequin.
- Within 60 Days of Purchase:
- In the event have a Mary Frances Handbag that is in need of additional repair, please contact us.
We will issue a Repair Authorization Number and have you ship your bag to us. We will then send your bag to Mary Frances for repairs. When complete, your bag will be sent back to us and we will return your bag to you.
Mary Frances cannot guarantee that bags will be repaired back to original condition due to normal wear and tear but will do their best to repair any damage. A $10 shipping fee will be charged for the return of your bag to you.
- After 60 Days of Purchase or Retired Bags:
- Mary Frances will repair your bag if possible but cannot guarantee that bags will be repaired to original condition due to normal wear and tear and availability of components needed for repairs. There will be a $25 - 35.00 charge for repairs. Mary Frances repair technicians will inspect the bag upon receipt to determine the extent of the damage. On rare occasions there may be up to $50 charge for repairs. A $10 shipping fee will be charged for the return of the bag to you.
- Please be patient as Mary Frances Repairs take a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks.

Your right to privacy and security is our top priority. Robin Clayton Designs does not engage in selling , marketing, or sharing of your personal information. We require personal information only when it is necessary to do so, such as completeing your order.

We utilize standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of your personal information. Our shopping cart is secured by Verisign technology.
